Accident management specialist Sopp+Sopp has announced a partnership with InsureTech leader Concirrus that will deliver industry-leading technology solutions for its fleet and commercial clients.

Sopp+Sopp, part of the AGL family, works with some of the country’s best-known fleet providers to provide end-to-end accident management, servicing hundreds of thousands of claims a year. The partnership will see Concirrus’ Quest Automotive Fleet platform, which combines multiple data sources to produce rich insight, integrated with Sopp+Sopp’s systems to generate faster, more detailed accident reporting capabilities.

Callum Langan, Chief Customer Officer, Sopp+Sopp, said: “We’re defined by our customers and their needs and we know they rely on quality information to advance liability decision making. Technology-led reporting tools are integral to this, and that’s why we’re investing in developing solutions that will offer our clients unique, data-based insights.” “2020 will see us explore ways to use this technology to add value at every stage of the accident management process, connecting a vehicle’s telematics to our systems to generate reports rich with valuable insights that improve the speed and accuracy of decision making.”

Craig Hollingworth, Concirrus’ Business Development Officer said: “It’s great to be working with the team at Sopp+Sopp. Integrating with Quest Automotive Fleet, Sopp+Sopp will be able to ingest vast amounts of telemetry data direct from their client’s fleet, regardless of hardware suppliers. This will offer the very best support and response times to their client’s dedicated drivers.”

Founded in 2015, AGL owns Sopp+Sopp, Motor Repair Network, Sopp Parts and Activate Accident Repair. Motor Repair Network offers insurance personal lines accident management, handling fault and non-fault claims. Sopp Parts specialises in stocking vehicle parts with long-lead times to reduce key-to-key times and Activate Accident Repair is AGLs’ new body shop division, with branches in Birmingham and Glasgow with further sites to follow in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool in 2020..
